At Abstract Water Fountains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic centerpiece. If your fountain doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the fountain in its original structural packaging, ensuring all pumps, decorative stones, and assembly components are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the unit for damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
